Article 1 - Applicability
- The ordering and sale of products via lb3d.be are offered to you by Laura Van Ghelue. These general terms and conditions of sale are those of the seller.
- The terms and conditions apply to all sales offered on and carried out through the lb3d.be webshop, as well as to any other agreements concluded via the webshop.
- By placing an order through lb3d.be, the buyer acknowledges having taken note of the terms and conditions and accepts them.
- Any deviation from these Terms and Conditions is only valid if agreed upon in writing, in which case all other provisions remain fully applicable.
- All rights and claims stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and in any additional agreements for the benefit of L&B 3D are likewise stipulated for the benefit of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by L&B 3D.
Article 2 -The Offer
- All offers made by L&B 3D are without obligation, and L&B 3D expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when required due to (legal) regulations.
- These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of L&B 3D.
- Accepting an offer or placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 -The Agreement
- An agreement is only concluded after L&B 3D has accepted your order.
- L&B 3D reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- If an order is not accepted, L&B 3D will notify you within ten (10) working days after receiving the order.
Article 4 -Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days.
This reflection period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product. - During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product, including all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging to the seller. - If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify L&B 3D within 14 days after receiving the product.
This notification must be made by sending an email to info.lb3d@gmail.com.
After notifying L&B 3D, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
The consumer must be able to prove that the product was returned on time, for example by providing proof of shipment. - If the consumer has not notified L&B 3D of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within the periods mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 3, or if the product has not been returned to L&B 3D within the required timeframe, the purchase becomes final.
Article 5 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
- If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.
- If the consumer has paid an amount for the purchase of the product, L&B 3D will refund this amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by L&B 3D, or that conclusive proof of complete return can be provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer.
Any shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
Article 6 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

L&B 3D may exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for certain products.
Such exclusion is only valid if the seller has clearly stated this in the offer, or at least prior to the conclusion of the agreement. - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for the following products:

- Products manufactured by the seller according to the consumer’s specifications
- Products that are clearly personal in nature
- Hygienic products for which the consumer has broken the seal
Article 7 - The Price
- The prices listed for the offered products and services are in Euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping costs, as well as any taxes or other charges, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in writing.
- During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes resulting from adjustments in VAT rates.
- L&B 3D reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the rates applicable at the moment the order is accepted.
- All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors. In the event of printing or typographical errors, L&B 3D is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
- All items ordered through the webshop remain the property of L&B 3D until payment has been completed and received.
Article 8 - Conformity and Warranty
- The jewelry and products of L&B 3D are crafted and selected with great care.
No warranty is provided for the discoloration of metal components. Such discoloration is natural and depends on the acidity level of the skin.
To prevent discoloration and damage, it is recommended that the jewelry does not come into contact with water or detergents, is removed before sleeping, kept away from perfumes, and stored properly at all times. -
L&B 3D guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.
If agreed upon, L&B 3D also guarantees that the product is suitable for normal use. - Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging and in new condition.
- The warranty does not apply if:

- The consumer has altered the delivered products themselves or had them altered by third parties;
- The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions, have been handled carelessly, or have been used contrary to the instructions mentioned earlier in Article 8.1.
Article 9 - Delivery and Execution
- L&B 3D will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders.
- The delivery address is the address provided by the consumer to the company.
- Delevery is currently only possible within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.

L&B 3D will execute accepted orders with due speed and no later than within 14 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be carried out or can only be carried out partially, the consumer will be notified no later than 14 days after placing the order.
In such cases, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement at no cost.
The consumer is not entitled to any compensation. - All delivery periods are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from any stated delivery times.
Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the consumer to compensation. - In the event of dissolution, the seller will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after dissolution.
- If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, L&B 3D will make every effort to provide a replacement item. The consumer has the choice to accept or refuse the replacement item. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with L&B 3D until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 10 - Payment
- The L&B 3D webshop offers the following payment methods:

- Bancontact
- Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- L&B 3D undertakes to guarantee the safety of webshop users to the best of its ability, but cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the online store, particularly damage caused by third parties who misuse the website or the payment system.
Article 11 - Compaints Procedure

L&B 3D has a clearly communicated complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.
Any defects or complaints must be reported to L&B 3D in writing within 14 days after delivery. - Complaints submitted to L&B 3D will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the seller will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response. - If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
- Consumers must first submit complaints directly to the seller.
It is also possible to submit complaints via the European ODR platform. - A complaint does not suspend the seller’s obligations, unless the seller indicates otherwise in writing.
- If a complaint is found to be justified by L&B 3D, the seller will, at its discretion, replace the delivered products free of charge.
Article 12 - Disputes
- Only Belgian law applies to agreements between L&B 3D and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate, even if the consumer resides abroad.
- The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 13 -Additional or Deviating Provisions
- Additional or deviating provisions from these general terms and conditions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing, or in such a way that the consumer can store them in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier.
