Right of Withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days.
    This reflection period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product.
  2. During the reflection period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
    The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether they wish to keep it.
    If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product, including all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging to the seller.
  3. If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify L&B 3D within 14 days after receiving the product.
    This notification must be made by completing the electronic form "Submit Revocation" or by indicating it in their customer account.
    After notifying L&B 3D, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
    The consumer must be able to prove that the product was returned on time, for example by providing proof of shipment.
  4. If the consumer has not notified L&B 3D of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal within the periods mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 3, or if the product has not been returned to L&B 3D within the required timeframe, the purchase becomes final.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  1. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer. The consumer will receive a return shipping label from L&B 3D after submitting the withdrawal, allowing them to return the product.
  2. If the consumer has paid an amount for the purchase of the product, L&B 3D will refund this amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
    This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received back by L&B 3D, or that conclusive proof of complete return can be provided.
    Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer.
    Any shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  1. L&B 3D may exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for certain products.
    Such exclusion is only valid if the seller has clearly stated this in the offer, or at least prior to the conclusion of the agreement.
  2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for the following products:
    • Products manufactured by the seller according to the consumer’s specifications
    • Products that are clearly personal in nature
    • Hygienic products for which the consumer has broken the seal
