Delivery and Execution

1. L&B 3D will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing product orders.
2. The delivery address is the address provided by the consumer to the company.
3. Delevery is currently only possible within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
4. L&B 3D will execute accepted orders with due speed and no later than within 14 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period.
   If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be carried out or can only be carried out partially, the consumer will be notified no later than 14 days after placing the order.
   In such cases, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement at no cost.
   The consumer is not entitled to any compensation.
5. All delivery periods are indicative. The consumer cannot derive any rights from any stated delivery times.
   Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the consumer to compensation.
6. In the event of dissolution, the seller will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after dissolution.
7. If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, L&B 3D will make every effort to provide a replacement item. The consumer has the choice to accept or refuse the replacement item. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with L&B 3D until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
